In Office Districts accessory structures shall be located in the rear yard or upon the roof of the main building, shall not exceed a height of more than twelve feet above the finished grade of the rear yard or the roof level of the main building and shall not occupy more than ten percent of the rear yard nor more than twenty-five percent of the roof area. Such accessory structures erected in the rear yard shall be designed to be architecturally compatible with the main building, and if detached from the main building shall be screened with planting. Such accessory structures shall be used only to house equipment and appliances necessarily incident to the operation of the main building.
