Each main building in an Office District shall have two side yards. In an Office District, Class A, each side yard shall be not less twenty feet in width. In an Office District, Class B. each side yard shall be not less than five feet in width and the sum of the frontage used for side yards shall be not less than thirty percent of the street frontage, provided that not more than fifteen feet on each side of the main building shall be required.
