(a) Office District, Class A. Permitted uses in a Class A Office District are single occupancy office buildings for administrative and business organizations and research institutions having ancillary laboratories. Such laboratories shall contain no heavy machinery or equipment, shall emit no noise audible from without the building, shall emit no fumes, air pollution, vibration, glare, dirt or dust and shall occupy not more than ten percent of the gross floor area.
(b) Office District, Class B. Permitted uses in a Class B Office District are uses permitted in the Class A Office District, multiple occupancy office buildings for business and administrative organizations and professional offices. Retail stores or outlets will not be permitted in such buildings.
