970.09 ACCESS LIMITED TO AREAS WITHIN DISTRICT.

All driveways, roadways and sidewalks used or intended for access to building or use in a Local Retail Business District and General Retail Business District, shall be located in their entirety within the area zoned for Local Retail Business Districts and General Retail Business Districts.
