970.02 SETBACK REGULATIONS.

In a Local Retail Business District and a General Retail Business District the building setback shall be at least fifty feet from the street line. No structure shall be maintained, goods or merchandise displayed or any business activity conducted within the setback area. Parking is prohibited within twenty-five feet of the right-of-way.
