913.07 DRIVEWAY CULVERTS.
   Driveway culverts of a size to be determined by the Building Commissioner, but not less than twelve inches in diameter, shall be installed for each lot before any construction is started on such lot. (Ord. 15-1977. Passed 5-23-77.)
