555.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)    Whoever willfully or knowingly violates any provision of this chapter, or violates Section 555.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (c)    Each day of violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
