555.05 EXEMPTIONS.

The provisions of Section 555.03 and 555.04 shall not apply to organized school-related programs, activities or events, or to municipal-authorized parades, or to municipal-sanctioned concerts in public parks.

The provisions of Section 555.04 shall not apply to:

(a) Municipal refuse collection vehicles.

(b) Municipal snow removal vehicles. (Ord. 117-1979. Passed 12-22-80.)
