8-3-10: NOTICE OF SEWER RATES:
Each sewer user will be notified annually by the Village in conjunction with a regular bill, of the rate and that portion of the user charge or ad valorem taxes which are attributable to wastewater treatment services, including the financial information of Section 8-3-8 of this Chapter. (Ord. 83-20, 12-20-83)
