A. Funds Separated: All revenues and monies derived from the operation of the waterworks and sewerage system shall be held separate and apart from all other funds of the Village, and all of said funds without any deductions whatever, shall be delivered to the Village Treasurer not more than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the same or at such more frequent intervals as may from time to time be directed by the Council.
B. Waterworks and Sewerage Funds: The Village Treasurer shall receive all such revenues from the waterworks and sewerage system and all other funds and monies incident to the operation of such system as the same may be delivered to him and deposit the same in a separate fund designed as the "Water and Sewer Operation" of the Village, and the Treasurer shall administer such funds in every respect in the manner provided by the Illinois Municipal Code and all other laws thereunto enabling.
C. Transfer of Funds: The Council shall not transfer any funds out of any of the Water and Sewer Department accounts to any other department. (Ord. 84-05, 6-5-84)
