§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating § 130.02 of this chapter shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500.
   (C)   Any person violating § 130.03 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.
