Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the ordinary maintenance or repair of buildings and structures in Sebring, provided that the work involved does not substantially change their materials, design or external appearance. Nor shall anything in this section be construed to prevent any change that is required for the public safety because of any unsafe or dangerous condition. (Ord. 1676-00. Passed 6-12-00.)
