146.08 ADVICE OF SPECIALISTS.

The Design Review Board may retain, with Council’s permission, a qualified designer planner or preservationist to consult with the Board on any matter set forth. If Sebring landmarks or Preservation Districts are involved, such a specialist shall be qualified in preservation or restoration work. Consultation will be strictly advisory and nonbinding to the Board or Council. (Ord. 1676-00. Passed 6-12-00.)
