The Building Inspector shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. No permit shall be issued for excavation, construction, exterior alteration or modification, relocation or demolition of any building, structure or any part thereof in areas covered where the plans and specifications indicate the building would not conform to all the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. The Building Inspector may stop any work in which the letter of the Zoning Ordinance is not observed. (Ord. 1676-00. Passed 6-12-00.)
