The Design Review Board shall consist of five members appointed by the Chamber of Commerce (1), Mayor (1), Council (1), and Planning and Zoning Commission (2) with approval by a majority of those elected to Council. If the Appointing Board fails to fill a vacancy on the Board within thirty days, Council shall have the right to appoint a new member. Members shall serve without compensation. All members shall hold office for two years, and may succeed themselves. Vacancies shall be filled by the respective appointing boards. Any member not attending three consecutive regular meetings of the Board may be removed from the Board by the Mayor. (Ord. 1676-00. Passed 6-12-00.)
