(a) There is hereby established in the Village of Sebring as an adjunct to the Sebring Police Department a “Police Reserve Unit”. The Police Reserve Unit shall be organized and established in accordance with the terms of the Police Reserve Policy Rules and Regulations which are attached to Ordinance 07-05 as Exhibit “A”.
(b) The Village Manager and the Chief of Police are hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary steps to implement the Police Reserve Unit in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations and Policies attached to Ordinance 07-05 as Exhibit “A”.
