(a) All full-time members of the Division of Police shall receive a uniform allowance as provided in the compensation ordinance in current effect.

(b) The longevity pay allowance shall not be applicable to new or future employees that are certified as full-time employees within the Division of Police after April 12, 1994, and any ordinance or resolution inconsistent herewith is hereby repealed.
