Members of the Division of Police who are required to attend a court session while not on regular duty, for matters arising out of police duties, shall be entitled to compensation from the Municipality amounting to two hours pay at the rate of one and one-half times the standard hourly pay rate for each day spent in court. This benefit is in addition to any other compensation to which the member may be entitled.
