(a) No person shall discharge into a house sewer or tap a house sewer for the purpose of discharging into it any waste or drainage water prohibited by Section 933.15 of this chapter.
(b) It is the duty of the property owner to comply with subsection (a) and (b) within thirty days of notice of this section by the City Manager or his designee. Failure to comply constitutes a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day of continued violation, constitutes a separate offense.
