(a) No person shall operate, use, erect or maintain any earth station that is not in compliance with this chapter. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; and of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on each subsequent offense.
(b) A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed each day during or on which an offense occurs or continues. (Ord. 1348-85. Passed 4-22-85.)
