(a) Satellite stations less than twenty-four inches in diameter shall be permitted to be erected on roof tops and ground posts and/or attached to structures in front of or beside any main building; except, no ground posts shall be erected in front of any structure.
(b) Each satellite dish provided for in this section must be erected at least three feet from property lines.
(c) A permit fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) and an application fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be charged the same as other regulated satellite dishes.
(d) All other provisions and sections of Chapter 1391 and Ordinance No. 1348-85 shall be applicable to this section in the regulation of the same, so far as practicable.
