(a) The maximum diameter of any earth station shall not exceed twelve feet.
(b) Only metal support, galvanized construction shall be used in an earth station.
(c) The structure must be in conformance with the National Electrical Code, Article 800 and all other regulations or requirements imposed by law.
(d) A concrete base only shall be employed in line with grade.
(e) The maximum height of any earth station shall be sixteen feet from grade level.
(f) The structure, including foundation, shall be designed to withstand wind force of up to 85 miles per hour in conformance with generally accepted engineering practices.
(g) Any driving motor shall be limited to 110 volt maximum power design and shall be encased in protective guards and shall at all times be in compliance with requirements as provided in the National Electrical Code, Article 800 and any other requirements as provided by law.
(h) All underground electrical wiring shall be encased in approved PVC conduit or rigid conduit with eighteen inch cover, and overhead must also meet the approval of the Building Department and comply with the requirements as provided in the National Electrical Code, Article 800 and subsequent articles.
(i) The earth station shall be bonded to an eight foot ground rod and in accordance with the requirements as provided in the National Electrical Code.
(j) If guy wires are attached to any earth station they shall be confined within a fenced area and be protected by a suitable shield.
