1149.04 PROHIBITED USES.
   Prohibited uses are:
   (a)    Residences or any structures intended for living purposes.
   (b)    Those uses prohibited in Industrial Districts as listed in Section 1147.02.
   (c)    All commercial uses, except those specified under Section 1149.03.
