1147.02 PROHIBITED USES.
   Within an Industrial District, no building, structure or premises shall be used or arranged or designed to be used in any part for any of the following specified uses:
   (a)    Acetylene gas manufacture in excess of fifteen pounds pressure per square inch.
   (b)    Ammonia, bleaching powder or chlorine manufacture.
   (c)    Asphalt or tar manufacture or refining.
   (d)    Auto wrecking and junk yards.
   (e)    Blast furnace.
   (f)    Creosote treatment or manufacture.
   (g)    Disinfectant or insecticide manufacture.
   (h)    Distillation of bones, coal, tar or wood.
   (i)    Dyestuff manufacture.
   (j)    Brewing or distillation of intoxicants.
   (k)    Mining operations of all types.
   (l)    Yeast manufacture.
   (m)   Glue, gelatine or size manufacture.
   (n)   Refining of petroleum or other inflammable liquids.
   (o)    Stock yards or slaughtering of animals.
   (p)   Sulphurous, sulphuric acid, nitric or hydrochloric acid manufacture.
   (q)    Fat, tallow, grease or lard manufacture or refining.
   (r)    Incineration or reduction of dead animals or garbage.
   (s)    Any other industry or use which creates corrosive, toxic or noisome fumes, gas, smoke, dust, odors or offensive noise or vibration.

   (t)   Incineration or storage of human bodily parts, tissue, organs, hospital, doctor and medical center infectious wastes, including and not limited to a crematory regardless of whether or not the individual, partnership, association or corporation holds a Federal, State or local permit to own and operate any same or similar facility in this State.
