(a) The Waste Disposal Site, owned by the Municipality and located in Smith Township at the southwest corner of Lake Park Boulevard and Heacock Road, is hereby declared closed for use as a dump to the general public in accordance to the directive of the Board of Health of the Mahoning County General Health District, dated December 9, 1969.
(b) No person shall place or dispose of in any manner any garbage, rubbish, waste or anything else of an unsightly or unsanitary nature at the closed Waste Disposal Site hereinbefore described. (Ord. 980-70. Passed 2-5-70.)
