713.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   No person shall operate a bowling alley or pool and billiard room without first obtaining a license therefor from the Safety Director. No license shall be granted for a period less than one year and licenses shall expire on December 31.

713.02 FEES.

   (a)   Pool and billiard rooms: twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first table and fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each additional table.

   (b)   Bowling alleys: twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first alley and fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each additional alley. (Ord. 1603-97. Passed 5-27-97.)

713.03 PREMISES TO BE ORDERLY.

   No person who owns or operates a billiard room or bowling alley shall fail or neglect to keep such premises in a quiet, orderly and moral manner.
