(A) The implementation of Section 125 Program for county employees is endorsed, pending completion of administrative procedures and regulations.
(B) The set up fee to establish the plan document and conduct the employment enrollment is to be paid from existing appropriated funds in the Courthouse maintenance budget. The Section 125 Program should be administered in accordance with the program plan.
