§ 22-3-11 SIGNS, POSTERS, AND NON-TRANSPARENT MATERIALS ON WINDSHIELD AND WINDOWS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive upon a street any vehicle whose windows or windshield violate the terms of Neb. RS 60-6,257. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive upon a street any vehicle having a sign, poster, picture, advertising, or other non-transparent material upon the windshield, side wings, or side or rear windows of such vehicle, other than a certificate or other paper required by law to be so displayed. Nor shall any person, either by himself or herself or through his or her agent, place or post any sign, poster, picture, advertising, or other non-transparent material on the windshield or windows of either his or her own motor vehicle or that of any other person.
