§ 22-3-10 PROJECTING LOADS; RED FLAG AND LIGHT; REQUIRED; WHEN.
   When any vehicle shall be loaded in such a manner that any portion of the load extends behind the rear end of the body of such vehicle, a red flag shall be carried by day and a red light after sunset, securely fastened in a conspicuous position at the extreme rear end of such load.
