§ 22-3-6 HORNS; SPECIFICATIONS; REPAIR.
   Every motor vehicle while in use on the streets of the city shall be equipped with an efficient horn. All horns on motor vehicles shall be capable of emitting sound audible under normal conditions from a distance of not less than 200 feet. All horns shall be maintained in good working order.
