A violation of any provision of this article, including the standard codes adopted thereby, and a violation of with any lawful permit, order, or notice made or given thereunder, is a Class II violation. Each day that a violation or noncompliance shall continue after notification by the Planning and Building Official shall constitute a separate offense.
