§ 4-1-26 SAME; APPLICATION FOR SOLID WASTE CONTAINERS.
   In addition to the other requirements prescribed in this article, no permit required by the Building Code shall be issued until the contractor shall have submitted to the Planning and Building Official an application for solid waste container(s) in accordance with the requirements in Chapter 19 of this code.
