OFFICIAL TRAFFIC SIGNS. All signs, markings, and devices, other than signals, not inconsistent with this chapter, placed or erected by authority of the City Council, or other public body or officer having jurisdiction, for the purpose of guiding, directing, warning, or regulating traffic.
