§ 22-1-17 LICENSE GROSS WEIGHT.
   LICENSE GROSS WEIGHT. The sum of:
      (1)   The empty weights of a truck, semi-trailer or tractor-trailer combination; and
      (2)   The weight of the maximum load to be carried by such unit at any one time.
