§ 22-1-16 LEGAL HOLIDAY.

LEGAL HOLIDAY.

(1) Any of the following dates or holidays: January 1, the last Monday in May, Independence Day, Labor Day, November 11, Thanksgiving Day, and December 25.

(2) Provided, if any such holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday shall be deemed to be a LEGAL HOLIDAY.
