Section 3107.1 of the International Building Code shall be considered as amended to read as follows:
“3107.1 Inspections: Every sign shall be inspected and approved by the building official. Every electrical illuminated sign shall be inspected on the ground before the sign is installed. Every electrical illuminated sign shall comply with Article 600 of the National Electrical Code”.
