§ 21-1-51 PRELIMINARY PLAT; SUBMISSION; FEES.
   If a tract of land proposed to be subdivided is to be platted, a preliminary plat of the proposed subdivision, in two copies, shall be submitted to the City Planner not less than one month prior to the meeting of the Planning Commission at which the subdivision proposal is first to be presented. Any subsequent presentation to the City Council is not subject to this one-month review period. At the time of submitting the preliminary plat to the Planning and Building Official, the applicant shall pay to the Official a fee in the amount provided in Chapter 6, Article 6 of this code. If the tract of land is not to be platted, the applicant shall, at the time of submitting the application to the Official, pay to the Official a fee in the amount provided in Chapter 6, Article 6 of this code.
