§ 20-4-1 PARKING; IMPROVEMENT; CITY COUNCIL MAY ORDER AND PERMIT; BY RESOLUTION.
   The City Council may, by resolution, permit the use for parking or lawn of any portion of any street within the city that, in the judgment of the City Council, shall not be required for actual travel. The permission may be revoked by the City Council at any time it finds that such portion is required by the city.
