§ 8-1-47 GASOLINE AND HYDROCARBONS; POOLS, POURING, AND LEAKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person:
   (A)   To cause or permit to be present on, above, or below the surface of the ground of any premises within the city owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by such person, any pool gasoline or other hydrocarbons; or
   (B)   To cause or permit any gasoline or other hydrocarbons to be poured, dumped, or leaked onto or into the ground. Each day such a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Any pool of gasoline or other hydrocarbons, the pouring or dumping of gasoline or other hydrocarbons, and any tank or other container from which gasoline or other hydrocarbons leak (whether on, above or below the surface of the ground) shall constitute a nuisance.
