There hereby are established the offices of chairperson, vice chairperson and secretary of the Retirement Committee, whose term of office shall be a period of one year beginning on the first Thursday of the month of December in each year, commencing on that date in the year 1983. The chairperson and vice chairperson shall be members of the Committee. All of such officers shall be elected by a majority vote of all of the members of the Committee.
