§ 6-5-114 RETIREMENT COMMITTEE; MEMBERS SELECTED BY POLICE OFFICERS; ELECTION.
   The four members of the Retirement Committee to be selected by the officers from the police force shall be elected by such officers at an election to be conducted by the City Clerk in accordance with this article. The City Clerk shall be the judge of the sufficiency of all acts performed in connection with the election.
