§ 6-5-98 SAME; CHAIRPERSON; VICE CHAIRPERSON; DUTIES.
   The chairperson of the Retirement Committee shall preside at meetings of the Committee and shall have power to vote as a member of the Committee. The vice chairperson shall perform the duties of the chairperson in the event of disability or absence of the chairperson.
