§ 6-5-93 SAME; WHO ELECTED.
   Where four members are to be selected, the four candidates receiving the highest number of votes shall be deemed to have been elected by the firefighters. Where more than one vacancy is to be filled, the candidates to fill such vacancies, equal in number to the number of vacancies to be filled, who receive the highest number of votes shall be deemed to have been elected to fill such vacancies. Where only one vacancy is to be filled, the candidate receiving the highest number of votes to fill the vacancy shall be deemed to have been elected. In the case of a tie vote, the names of the persons as to which there has been a tie vote shall be placed on separate ballots; such ballots shall be drawn by lot by the City Clerk, and the person(s) whose name is (are) thus first drawn shall be the person(s) elected.
