The employer may at any time amend this plan in any manner which it deems desirable, but no such amendment shall have the effect of reverting in the employer any part of the funds theretofore contributed, nor to reduce the value of pension or other benefits theretofore accrued to any member or beneficiary by reason of contributions theretofore made.
