§ 6-5-32 ACTIVE SERVICE; LEAVE.

EMPLOYMENT for the purposes of this article only shall mean the total length of continuous active service for the employer, together with the period of any vacation, holiday, sick leave, special leave, or leave without pay, commencing on or after December 29, 1968.
