SALARY. The amount payable at regular intervals to the member for services performed, before salary reduction contributions but excluding amounts paid the member for reimbursable expenditures. The amount of salary taken into account for any year shall not exceed $200,000, as adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury. On and after August 1, 1994, the amount of salary taken into account for any year shall not exceed $150,000, as adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury.
