§ 6-2-176 PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR; OFFICE ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established the office of Public Works Director. The Public Works Director shall be the head of the Public Works Department and shall perform such functions as prescribed by the City Manager.
