§ 6-2-158 PERSONNEL DIRECTOR; OFFICE ESTABLISHED; APPOINTMENT; DUTIES.
   There is hereby established the office of Personnel Director. The Personnel Director shall be the head of the Personnel Department and shall perform such functions as prescribed by the City Manager.
