§ 6-2-131 FINANCE DIRECTOR; OFFICE ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.
   There is hereby established the office of Finance Director. The Finance Director shall be the head of the Finance Department and shall have such duties and perform such functions as prescribed by the City Manager.
