Members of the Economic Development Application Review Commission may be permitted access to business information received by the city in the course of reviewing applications, which information is considered confidential under state law, the city’s economic development plan, or by agreement with the applicant. Unauthorized disclosure of any confidential business information shall be a Class I violation.
